Around 550 BC, the Persians formed one of the wealthiests and most sofisticated civilizations of Mesopotamia. At the height of this empire, their domains outstretched from Egypt to India. Persepolis, the sumptuous capital, with walls and pillars more than 20 meters (60 feet) high, had an underground sewage system, a large elevated water storage tank carved at the foot of the mountain, and the huge stones that were used for the leveling of the soil were bound together by metal clamps.
Persepolis, capital of the Persian Empire.Note: It must cause at least some apprehension when U.N. statistics for 2006 point that almost half of the world's population don't have access to basic sanitation.Cyrus the Great, king and founder of Persia, left as a legacy the first document that referred to human rights, on a clay cylinder. Cyrus Cylinder precedes the Magna Carta by more than a millennium. Excerpts from the cylinder reveal Cyrus's respect for humankind, religious tolerance and freedom.
Cyrus declared during his kingdom:
'The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the Earth and he has appointed me to build a temple for him at Jerusalem in Judah. Anyone of his people among you-may his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem in Judah and build the temple of the Lord, the God of Israel, the God who is in Jerusalem. And the people of any place where survivors may now be living are to provide him with silver and gold, with goods and livestock, and with freewill offerings for the temple of God in Jerusalem.'
Cyrus the Great on rock:
Cyrus, the Great, king of Persia.Under the command of Darius the Great, the Persian Empire reached its apogee, dominating many rival nations, contending rebellions, and improving the laws and politics.
In this period, on a mountain in the province of Kermanshah, an inscription was engraved on a point so high that no human was able to read it, the Behistun Inscription.
Indication of the inscription on Mount Behistun, at a height of 100 metres above the ground. The picture shows Darius along with persian soldiers dominating the leaders of rival groups. Their height difference is so notable that it looks as if their captives were dwarves.
The Behistun Inscription, by Darius the Great. There are rumours that when Alexander invaded Persepolis and took the throne, his feet hung in the air like a child.
Why doesn't the science declare officially that there really have been those giants?
Giants.Maybe because it goes against the Theory of Evolution, upon which the carreers of those scientists have been based?
Maybe because it reveals undeniable proof that the world's most important archeological findings have been systematically hidden from the public view in order to maintain a false historical model?
Giant bones. The evolutionary model holds that in the beginning the organisms were simple, primitive, and that for millions and millions of years they started to become more complex, until we get modern man. However, when we look to the past, we see that there were civilizations with an advanced technological skill, in many aspects, more advanced than us.
For instance:
*Did you know that the Mayans had surgical instruments that were 1.000 times sharper than modern platinum plus blades?
*Did you know that there is no crane in the world that can lift weights near the weight of the stones used for the construction of the temple Baalbek, in Lebanon, and that those stones were lifted 10 meters (30 feet) in the air and placed together so closely that you can't fit a playing card in between them?
*Did you know that miners in Klersdorp, South Africa, have found hundreds of metallic spheres harder than steel, on Pre-Cambrian strata, so perfect that they couldn't have been anything but man-made? The problem, is that this sedimentary layer where the spheres were found belongs to a geological period that corresponds to 2.8 billions of years ago, and at that time, according to modern science, the most advanced organisms on the planet were cells.
